Here is the oldest document we have connecting one more generation to the family business. Our great-great grandfather Joseph started Shrewsbury Block Co. and with the help of his oldest son Henry (our founder) supplied masonry materials to local businesses and homes. We are currently researching the early tax records of this company to help determine its start date. Our family has been supplying contractors with materials for 100 years and at least five generations. We are proud to celebrate our 75th anniversary in Worcester this coming year.
