The adjustable height of the Argentinian Grill cooking surface allows precise temperature control of the grilling meat to achieve uniformly cooked meats or foods with a uniform doneness across the thickness of the meat.
A fire is made in the side chamber. After the direct embers or hot coals has formed and dropped it is pushed under the adjustable grill rack and the meat is placed over it.
