Established in 2004, Charlton holds a special significance for the Camosse Family as our hometown. During the booming local real estate market of the time, the area proved to be a fitting location for a material supply business. For the initial decade, we operated alongside Howlett Lumber, a family business that proved to be an excellent neighbor, fostering connections with folks throughout the area.

Established in 1948 by Henry Camosse and his son, this location has been the heart of our company for the past 75+ years. For the majority of our time here, we’ve occupied both sides of Route 20. From 1948 to 2012, we proudly manufactured concrete blocks on this site. Following the decision to cease manufacturing, we consolidated our operations to one side of the street, streamlining interactions for both coworkers and customers.
