- Pigments are manufactured to the strictest quality control standards to assure uniform and consistent coloring
- Recommended for coloring ready-mix concrete and other masonry products including concrete blocks and pavement
- Available in 10 and 25 lb. disintegrating bags.
Applications: - Disintegrating bags can be added directly to the concrete
- Approximate mix ratios:
- 1 or 2 lbs. of Ironoxx™ per 94 lb. bag of cement for light shades
- 2 or 4 lbs. of Ironoxx™ per 94 lb. bag of cement for medium shades
- 5 or more lbs. of Ironoxx™ per 94 lb. bag of cement for darker shades
- Using grey cement will result in “buff” or softer color
- Using white cement will result in “brighter” or pastel color
- To ensure consistent color, keep all variables the same from batch to batch
- Variations in the mix design, mixing time, and curing conditions, will affect the final color
- Always perform a sample batch to confirm acceptability the color result
